Atölye Kesit is a fictional studio; this site is a Mandalium sample. The voice is real: a small desk, a written survey, a site handover.
Why Kesit
A section cuts the building on paper. Plan is not enough; wall thickness, eaves and light sit on one line. The studio is named for that habit: section first, sentence second.
Where
The office is in Manisa. The work is Aegean: Şehzadeler, Bornova, Alsancak, Alaçatı, Manisa OSB. No Istanbul branch. Concept at a distance is rare; survey is on site.
How
A desk of two or three. No fifty-person office, no large promise. We turn down work that does not fit, and we say so on the first call.
