Alsancak roof apartment
The existing roof flat was tight and hot. Parapet, shade and joinery were rebuilt; the plan locked two bedrooms and one living room.

The structure was left. New bronze frames and an oak soffit cut the summer noon. Lime plaster and oak floors inside. Handed over May 2023.
